The Swift family received the news this week that their plans to open a cellar door and restaurant 7-kilometres from the Orange CBD had been approved.
From next year, the award-winning winemakers aim to transfer their tasting room to their 'Millwood' property at Nashdale.
Co-owner Emily Swift said in addition to moving the cellar door from its current location in Molong, the family plan to open a restaurant which will be open seven days a week.
There's some great quality cellar doors nearby and we hope by bringing ours closer to town it'll be more accessible

Mrs Swift said while the details were still being ironed out the initial plan was for something in between a top-end and a budget eatery.
"Not fine dining, but not casual either," she said.
Cabonne Council approved the final planning application at a meeting on Tuesday.

The proposal was for a 'T' configuration which includes two outdoor eating areas with a capacity for 240 people inside and out.
The restaurant will seat 70 people, with employment opportunities opening up for around 10 hospitality workers.
Mrs Swift said the building has been designed to focus on the views down into the valley over Nashdale.
"There's some great quality cellar doors nearby and we hope by bringing ours closer to town it'll be more accessible," she said.
Printhie Wines will maintain its production operations at Molong, with an intention to eventually shut down the cellar door at that location.
Ed Swift said the family had been operating a cellar door for nearly 20 years and it was a "great milestone" to build a new one on the doorstep of Orange.
"We'd like to offer a premium tasting experience for these visitors closer to town." Mr Swift said.
The new cellar door will be surrounded by a heritage apple orchard, alongside a vineyard of pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay grapes already on the way.
Construction is due to begin later this year with the aim of opening around the middle of 2020.
Brothers Ed and Dave Swift will continue to manage the operations and Drew Tuckwell will remain responsible for winemaking.
