The properties will be sold individually at the auctions at the Parkview Hotel from 11am.
The houses, two on Bathurst Road and two on Cox Avenue, are all adjacent to the D'Aquinos liquor store complex on Bathurst Road.
The real estate agent handling the sale, Blowes Real Estate principal Gary Blowes, said the houses were owned by one company.
Businessman Rex D'Aquino is the sole director and secretary of the Fernbrew venture which has been placed in liquidation owing at least $87 million in tax.
There has been exceptional interest in the properties.

Mr Blowes said the price guide for each of the properties was $270,000-$290,000.
As such they are likely to appeal to first home buyers.
"There has been exceptional interest in the properties," Mr Blowes said.
"Two have been restored and two haven't."
He said two of the properties at 119 and 121 Bathurst Road were of "historical significance" being P&O Liner style homes named for their curved frontages and unique styling.
Mr Blowes said a historical significance-listing placed some restrictions on their future use including the front could not be altered.
The properties are mentioned in Orange City Council's heritage manual.
Mr Blowes said each of the properties had three bedrooms and a single bathroom.
The property at 119 Bathurst Road is on a 619 square metre block.
It sold in 1992 for $83,000 and was listed for rental earlier this year.
The property at 121 Bathurst Road sold in 1991 for $78,000, 5 Cox Avenue sold for $75,000 in 1991 while the property at 7 Cox Avenue sold for $77,000 in 1990.
Meanwhile the Highland Heritage Estate restaurant and function centre, in the middle of the D'Aquinos' Highland Heritage Estate vineyard on the Mitchell Highway is up for lease at $2000 per week.
The restaurant and function centre closed in April.
As listed the lease includes all fixtures and fittings and restaurant equipment.
"Just walk in and open the doors. A perfect venue for an owner operator," the listing states.
