A 28-year-old man has been arrested following a police pursuit in Orange just before midnight on Tuesday.

The driver of a Holden Vectra Sedan failed to stop when signalled to on Leeds Parade at around 11.40pm.
Police began the pursuit of the driver but the chase was terminated when the car collided into a concrete traffic island on the Northern Distributor Road.
Officers from the Central Western Police District commenced investigations into the ownership of the vehicle, which led them to a Spring Street address.
The 28-year-old driver was found at the property, attempting to evade police by hiding underneath the house.
Officers from the Central Western Police District arrested the man at around midnight.
He has been refused bail and will face Orange Local Court on Wednesday.
