Banjamin Patrick Woolbank, 26, formerly of Obley Street, Cummnock, faced magistrate David Day in Orange Local Court for driving while his licence was disqualified.
"If you keep doing this you will go to jail, the court's running out of sentencing options," Mr Day said.
"I'm not going to send you to jail this time but you are moving to the point where a custodial sentence is appropriate but you are not quite there.

"Most of his criminal record is domestic violence related or committing offences while driving," he said.
Woolbank represented himself in court and told Mr Day that he was moving to Gunnedah for work.
"I've bought a pushbike so I can ride to the work site," Woolbank said.
According to police, officers were patrolling in a southerly direction on the Mitchell Highway at Molong about 11.17am on April 17, 2019, when they saw a red Kia Rio travelling towards them in the opposite direction.
Woolbank was driving and when asked told police his driver's licence was disqualified and further checks revealed his driver's licence was disqualified from May 14, 2018 to December 10, 2019.
Mr Day gave Woolbank an 18-month community correction order and he disqualified Woolbank from driving for 12-months. He also warned Woolbank that the disqualification was in addition to his other driving ban and will start when that other ban is finished.
Mr Day also resentenced Woolbank for breaching a community corrections order and gave him a new 12-month order starting from Monday.
