The business responded to questions from the Central Western Daily after it applied to modify its original consent to accommodate a number of changes to the design, including two extra retail tenancies.
The number of parking spaces was lowered from 80 to 77 spaces to fit the additional retail.
Growth general manager James Shields said the chain was confident in its assessment of parking requirements.
"Our guests tend to access the property outside of normal business hours so we do not foresee any interference with daytime traffic generated by retail trading," he said.
"The ratio of one car park for every apartment satisfies both the needs of our guests and retail occupants. The parking spaces reserved for Quest Orange exceeds this ratio."
However, Quest did not comment on the addition of a burnt orange to the building's colour palette or changes to the balconies.
