The items were found after Centrelink staff found Courtney Maree Leigh Trainor, 20, of Sir Neville Howse Place unconscious and unresponsive so they phoned emergency services.
Once paramedics arrived and she was placed in an ambulance, police searched Trainor and her bum bag for items that could be used to harm her or others, as well as anything that could have led to her condition.
Police found a paring knife, the cannabis and methamphetamine in her bum bag.
Trainor did not appear in Orange Local Court on Monday when she was fined $500 for possession of the knife, $200 for the cannabis and $300 for possession of the methamphetamine.
