MAFS stars Billy Vincent, Tamara Joy and Elizabeth Sobinoff will appear at the Oxford Hotel in Bathurst to party with the public.
Oxford Hotel entertainment manager Adam Soar said the public's response to the event was much larger than expected.
"It's fair to say there's many members of the Bathurst community who appear to be fans of the show," Mr Soar said.
The MAFS stars will first appear for a dinner event at B Town BBQ, which will include a Q and A session, before joining in on the Oxford's regular nightclub proceedings.
"We've already sold around 50 tickets to the dinner and we're expecting it to be booked out by Friday," Mr Soar said.
"With events like these, it's important to ensure they attract an audience and as a television show, MAFS is fresh in everyone's minds."
