Rather than create another fixed structure why not obtain some mobile traffic lights which could be activated whenever a major event is held at Robertson Park.

Installed in Byng or Summer streets the lights would provide safe access to the toilets at the museum, library hotels etc.

These lights could also be relocated as need to other parts of the city for events that required traffic management, solving the requirement for ongoing maintenance and security of a fixed location.
