The Queens Birthday market kicked-off early with a barbecue breakfast, ahead of more than 140 stallholders setting up to sell their wares at the Molong Recreation Ground.
Organiser Marg Bollinger said the "absolutely fabulous" day was one of their biggest yet.
"It was a wonderful success," she said. "I've been very humbled by all the complimentary messages from stall holders and attendees commenting on what a great day they had."
Mrs Bolinger said West Poultry sold out of chooks, the fruiterers almost sold out of fruit and the Alpaca family have already re booked for the next market in October.
"We hope it'll be a bit warmer when we're down here setting up at 5.30am," she said.
The next Molong Village Markets will be held during the Labour Day long weekend on October 7.
The organising committee continue to fundraise for lighting at the Molong Recreation Ground to allow for sports during the evening.
