In recent years Emus have hosted the carnival at Endeavour Oval but it moves to Pride Park for this weekend's edition, and will welcome the best NSW has to offer for a bumper three-day carnival.
The Baby Bulls were simply irresistible at Tamworth in the country triumph, and recovered from a 5-nil deficit to claim a 17-5 victory over rivals Central North in the grand final.
"They have such big hearts," Central West trainer Marc Jacobs said at the time.
The Baby Bulls open this weekend's campaign against Parramatta at 10.40am on Saturday.
They continue their pool A journey against Central Coast from 1pm, then Southern District from 4pm.
On Sunday the Baby Bulls face Harlequins Victoria from 9.50am before the play-offs begin that afternoon.
"Hopefully we can knock some of these city boys off," Jacobs laughed.
