Central West will field under-13, 15, 17 and youth girls' sides, with 27 Bathurst Giants and 13 Bathurst Bushrangers juniors selected throughout the four representative teams while the Orange Tigers boast 35, the most from one club.
AFL Central West development coordinator and under-15 coach Casey White said the matches against Northern Riverina, which includes towns such as Condobolin, Lake Cargelligo, Tulibigeal and West Wyalong, will provide experience for some new representative players.
"This is just a chance for kids to experience rep football in a nice, supportive environment," he said.
"There's a lot of first timers, especially in the 13s and 15s."
Central West hosted Northern Riverina in Bathurst last year, with the 13s, 15s, 17s and youth girl sides all winning their games to give Central West a clean-sweep in results.
But White isn't expecting this year to be as easier as 2018.
"It goes up and down. They have their peaks and occasionally have their lows," he said.
"We won four from four last year on home soil, it'll be nice to do that again away.
"However, the 15s will have a challenging game of football, because they have a few newer players to rep football, which they might take a while to get use to it.
"Our 17s side comes from a two-team competition this year (all players are from either Bathurst Giants and Orange), they might find it more challenging, with not much depth.
"'d be confident with our youth girls team. We have a really strong team there, so I'd expect the win from them. Our 13s should have enough talent in their team to get a win for us as well."

White side Northern Riverina have been extremely supportive of the youth girls side, considering they lack experience in that area.
"We really appreciate the support Northern Riverina have. They don't actual have a youth girls team, because they align with the netball," he said.
"A lot of their players might have had a few rounds of competition before heading into the netball season. It's a matter of getting those girls to play a game of AFL having not played in three months."
Last year Central West fielded an under 12s, 14s, 17s and youth girls side.
Under 12s emerged with a narrow 6-8-44 to 6-6-42 win, while the 14s (13-15-93 to 0-3-3), 17s (21-17-143 to 1-1-7) and youth girls (8-19-67 to 0-2-2) were far too strong in their games.
All four games on Sunday will be played at the McAlister Oval, home to the West Wyalong-Girral Bulldogs, who are eight-times premiership winners of the Northern Riverina Football League.
