The Glenroi Avenue shopfront was subject to another break-in on Sunday evening, leading founder Karlie Irwin to shut it down.
Mrs Irwin has reported thieves took off with $430 from adjoining shop Seven Seas Takeaway, as well as food and drinks.
She said staff were "quite deflated" following multiple robberies at the Glenroi shop and Pay It Forward's previous location.
The community shed - which services included the provision of donated homewares - on Glenroi Avenue closed in November 2017, with Mrs Irwin citing "financial strain" for its closure.
It opened again as a food bank in March, with 40 people signing on for a $30 three-month membership which provided fortnightly access to groceries.
Following the break-in, Pay It Forward staff have asked the members to speak to Mrs Irwin at Seven Seas Takeaway for updates regarding their membership, which they intend to manage over the next few weeks.
A statement from Pay It Forward thanked the community for its support. It said staff were devastated by the closure, but felt they could not continue on with their work.
