The Commonwealth Carer Respite Centre will host the session at the Orange Ex-Services' Club on Tuesday.
Guest speaker, Erica Pitman will speak at the session, which aims to cover carer loss and grief, 'your life wishes' and resilience.
Ms Pitman is a registered counsellor with a lived experience of caring for a loved one.
She has also provided counselling for carers and advocated for carer wellness for more than two decades.
The session runs from 10am-1pm and includes a complimentary two-course lunch.
