The duo will perform for audiences during the dinner show on May 24, as part of the cafe's ongoing comedy nights, which have routinely sold out.
A stand-up comedian for more than 20 years, Mr Bowring has performed in the Raw Comedy National Final, the Adelaide Fringe, and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
He has supported Wil Anderson, Dave Hughes, Danny Bhoy, Stephen K Amos and Arj Barker and worked for radio and TV, including as a staff writer on Rove.
Mr Dean has appeared on TV shows such as Spicks and Specks and Good News Week.
He has also been the main chair on ABC Radio program TGIF every Friday for over a decade.
The Kite Street show kicks off at 7pm and costs $45 - including dinner.
