Scams, Don't Get Caught - what you need to know' is the topic of the first session from 10am-10.45am on Wednesday and 1.30pm-2.15pm on Thursday at the Orange Function Centre.
'How to Make your home a smart home' is on from 1.30pm-2.15pm on Wednesday and noon to 12.45pm on Thursday.
Organiser Graeme Fleming said people did not need to book for the daytime sessions.
Other public sessions include information about how you can update your technology skills and what technology is available at the local library.
The expo will also feature school group sessions and trade exhibits.
It is being run by the Orange Daybreak Rotary Club with support from Orange City Council.
