With memorabilia including a framed, signed South Sydney NRL football jumper and the first of 500 framed photos of champion racehorse Winx daughter and dad duo Jen Griffiths and Mark Foley are hoping to make a big impression in this year's Stars of Orange Dance for Cancer event.
Ms Griffiths said she nominated her dad, who had cancer, several years ago.
"I knew the only way he would do it was if I did it with him," she said.
"I have been dancing since I was little. Dad thinks he can dance," she said.
"I don't dance," was Mr Foley's quick response.
But they have been working hard on their routine ahead of the big event at the Orange Function Centre on June 1.
Ms Griffiths said they were working with choreographer Kylie Haigh and the Colour City Dance team.
This Saturday May 18 will be their fundraising night from 6pm at Waratahs with another team.
They have a range of sporting memorabilia and a 5000-litre water tank up for auction.
