HE spends his daylight hours as a fleet specialist for West Orange Motors, but outside work, Michael Tandang is proving quite the fundraiser.
Mr Tandang will perform as part of Stars of Orange Dance for Cancer on June 1, taking on a solo routine to a Bruno Mars medley.
He decided to take part after his mother was diagnosed with a brain tumour last year.
"It wasn't cancerous, but if it had been, the Cancer Council would have been something we looked to," he said.

"If you have the opportunity to help, why not try while you can?"
He has already passed the $2500 target, with $4100 tallied up so far, and is now working towards $20,000.
With a background in martial arts, Mr Tandang said dropping the aggression had been a challenge.
He is working with Central West Performing Arts.
"I didn't know dancing was hard, but it's a lot of fun," he said.
Mr Tandang will hold a sparring fundraiser at 2/62 William Street on May 26 - competition entry is $20 and spectators can attend for a gold coin donation, with children's activities and raffles also planned.
