Former club president Steve Chapman said the meeting, only open to members, took 40 minutes to complete, and it went very smoothly.
"We gave everyone an opportunity to have their final swing at us at the end, but no one said anything," he said.
"We stuck to the agenda and one hundred per cent of the members agreed on the proposal."
The members also voted on how the remaining funds would be distributed once the final debts are paid and the site is sold.

Club legislation dictates that any surplus from the closure of a club goes to the nearest sporting or bowling club or clubs.
In this case both the Blayney Golf Club and Millthorpe Bowling Club will receive a split of the remaining funds, but Mr Chapman said that the final amounts are yet to be assessed.
"The valuers are at the bowling club now assessing the property and we, the board, have been sacked and the keys have been taken off us," he said.
The members have appointed corporate insolvency experts O'Brien Palmer to finalise the wrap up of the club.
Supervisor at O'Brien Palmer Paul Tanna said that the firm had only just been appointed and that information regarding the process and timeline would be released in due course.
"There will be a notification of the liquidation of the firm put on the public record, but at this stage we're still gathering all the necessary paper work," he said.
"In due course we will be circulating reports to the creditors to give them an update about what's happening at the company.
"We will also send the initial investigations into the affairs of the company as well."
