Kerrianne Drain, 39, of Woodward Street, faced magistrate David Day, and was convicted and fined $220 for possession of 0.2 grams of methamphetamine, which was weighed in the bag, and $110 for possession 0.3 grams of cannabis, which was in her wallet.
"You've been doing drugs for a while, haven't you, you just haven't been caught," Mr Day said.
Mr Day also warned her that the people who sell drugs are criminals and methamphetamine use can lead to long-term brain damage.
The drugs were found by police at 3.30pm on March 13 when she was searched after being arrested on a warrant.
