The man was wanted for questioning about an incident in Orange over the weekend, but sped away after police approached him on Clergate Road at about 2.45pm on Monday.
He led police in a pursuit along Farrell Road, with the motorcyclist reaching over 100 kilometres per hour and police terminating the chase to protect public safety.

The motorcyclist made his way down Anson Street before encountering another police car, which tried to pull the rider over.
However, he sped away from that car as well, leading the police down McLachlan Street before police terminated the chase again.
Central West Police District duty officer Scott McWhirter cited protecting the public as the reason for not engaging in the McLachlan Street chase.
The man is wanted in relation to an ongoing investigation.
