The Transition to Work program provides assistance to young people aged 15 to 21 years who are not in employment or education. The service provides intensive pre-employment support to improve the work readiness of young people and to help them into work including apprenticeships, traineeships or education. Orange Employment Service supports people with a disability to identify and overcome barriers to employment, find suitable vacancies, undertake cold canvassing for positions, negotiate workplace modifications where needed, and to maintain their employment when workplace or personal difficulties arise.
