The woman was driving a Hyundai which was involved in an incident that caused it to leave Newbridge Road south-east of Blayney.
Emergency services, including NSW Rural Fire Service crews, were called to the scene at 8.20pm, while members of the Blayney State Emergency Service worked to free the woman from the vehicle.
They left the scene just before 10pm.
It's unknown what condition the woman is in, but she's believed to have suffered head injuries during the incident.
