A man who was found in possession of cocaine when he arrived to collect a car that police wanted to search as part of a major drug investigation, has been convicted in Orange Local Court.

Joseph Kevin Sibley, 27, of Beech Crescent, was searched after police found him with keys to a vehicle belonging to another man, which they wanted to search in relation to Strike Force Pimm.
According to police the strike force was investigating the supply of cocaine and MDMA in Orange and search warrants were carried out on February 13 but when they went to search the car Sibley was there.
He searched by police who found one gram of cocaine in his wallet.
"It wasn't mine, I was given it on Australia Day," Sibley said in court.
He was convicted and fined $150 for the drug possession.
