From 4-9pm on Friday, market holders will sell their wares from 17 stalls, with several new trucks added to the market line up.
Organiser Anna Demasi said about 4-5000 people showed up to the first event in March, which was "amazing" but more than expected.
To cater to the large crowds they've added Chilli and Grains from Homebush, which combines Indian flavours with traditional pub meals to create things like chicken tikka burgers and butter chicken nachos, Let's Do Yum Cha, to meet all your dumpling needs, Bels Churros, for deep fried donuts, Sugo Sardo, which does Italian street food and The Cheesecake co.
For those adhering to the 'no red meat on Good Friday' principal, Ms Demasi said there'll also be plenty of fish options, including fish tacos and seafood pizzas.
It is rumoured that the Easter bunny may also make an appearance ...
