The festival is again focusing on being as environmentally friendly as it can be and F.O.O.D. Week president James Sweetapple said that begins at the night market.
There will hardly be anything plastic at the market, with all the plates, cutlery and more being biodegradable.
Mr Sweetapple is also encouraging people to bring their wine glasses from markets past to recycle and avoid having to fork out for another one.
There are plenty of tickets left for a lot of vinyard tours and paddock tours which will never sell out.

He said there weren't many changes to this year's event.
"It's worked well for 20 years so we're not in a rush to change it now," Mr Sweetapple said.
The market begins at 5.30pm in Robertson Park and carries on until 8.30pm, with food and wine on offer.
The market is the biggest event of the festival, which is celebrating its 28th year in 2019, and more than 90 events will take place from April 5-14.
More than 40 farm gates and cellar doors are on display during the region's autumn harvest and vintage, with picnics and tastings among the vines, farm gate tours, long table lunches and degustations alongside signature events the night market, Sunday Producer's Munch and Brunch, the Apple Ramble and more.
While Mr Sweetapple said many events had sold out there were still plenty of tickets available to other activities.
"There are plenty of tickets left for a lot of vinyard tours and paddock tours which will never sell out," he said.
