With a 47-27 victory in Sunday's decider the Orange Thunder sealed their second consecutive Netball NSW Bing Lee West-Central West Regional League title and considering the triumph was also their 23rd from the last 24 years, it's tough to fathom how that could be overshadowed.

Until you take note of what Orange's other sides did in 2019 as well, that is.
While the Thunder's triumph was undeniably a reason for celebration Orange Netball Association's performance from a holistic front was arguably the hosts' real highlight from the 2019 tournament, played exclusively at Sir Neville Howse Stadium this month.
The Thunder was pitted against their Lightning counterparts in Sunday's local derby division one grand final, while Orange's division three and four sides both earned decider berths as well with the former claiming their crown too.
The combined effort proves in no uncertain terms Orange's standing as the region's premier association.
Orange's fourth division side went down to Mudgee's under 15s 62-41 in a hard-fought decider, but the host association's under 15s got one back in division three by beating Mudgee's under 17s 63-43.
Forbes also knocked off Gilgandra 55-37 to win the division two title after stunning minor premiers Blayney in their semi-final, but there was no denying the top flight decider between the Thunder and Lightning was the afternoon's main event.
Although the 20-goal margin might look comfortable on paper, Thunder coach Linda Macleod said in reality it was far tougher than the scoreline suggests.
"It was definitely a tough win, and it was nice to see both Orange sides being so competitive," she said.
"I knew ... the Lightning were going to come out firing, but if we could make it through to half-time and then get a little bit ahead, we'd be right."
Macleod made a handful of changes at half-time, which she'd done throughout the opening two rounds as well and her troops' versatile nature paid off as the Thunder pulled away in the second half.
"The changes we made worked really well. I thought we were a little bit flat in attack, but credit to them, there was some really good defence, they really shut our attack down," she explained.
"I thought our full-court defence really helped us, they turned over a lot of ball there."
Macleod heaped praise on the ever-consistent Tegan Dray's control and ability to turn possession over in the big moments, and reserved a special mention for Abby Tilburg at the defensive end along with youngsters Milly Wilcox and Sophie Brisbane.
"Sophie played really well, she came on for us at half-time in centre and took control," Macleod said.
"Abby Tilburg played well too, as did young Milly Wilcox at the shooting end was outstanding.
"[The final] was a really hard game for her and Soph, because they're playing against their teammates they play with in the 17s."
