Bathurst's Pantanos Bar and Grill began its challenge burger earlier this month, but Mackies Cafe's Melissa Fieldus says Orange's version is far bigger.
Her Swole Challenge requires participants to clean the plate in an hour to earn a $20 gift voucher.
"Swole means excessive, something that's big," Mrs Fieldus said.
The burger features a 200-gram damper roll, a 500-gram beef pattie, 1.5 kilograms-worth of steak, lamb and chicken, six rashers of bacon, two eggs, two full-sized chicken schnitzels and four slices of pineapple, topped off with tomato, lettuce and beetroot, a whopping 4.5 kilograms of food.

It takes 20 minutes to cook and build, meaning it's strictly bookings only.
"[Apart from the size] it's a typical Aussie burger, there's no beating around the bush," Mrs Fieldus said.
The Mackies challenge was beaten 15 times before the two schnitzels were added, but never in the time since.
