Orange Tigers coach Nita Noble is on the hunt for more players, and while her hunt stems from a team-building exercise and ensuring the side has the numbers and form to run out games and push into finals, there's a tiny selfish aspect to the quest.

"That way I don't have to run out there," Noble said, laughing.
The new coach is willing to throw on the boots if needed, but is hoping to step back from the field while coaching in 2019, she's hoping the "steady numbers" at preseason so far will continue to build at the Tigers' open day this weekend.
Both men and women played a practice match two weeks ago in Cowra, and Noble said the match was a good opportunity for those who hadn't played competitively to "get a few jitters out of the way".
After winning last year's flag, the Orange Tigers' Youth Girls side - for girls under 17 - is still needing more players and the senior side is also looking for extra numbers.
The open day is at Tiger Park at Waratah Sportsground on Saturday from 10am to 1pm.
