Parents and students will be behind the barbecue from 8am to raise money for the OPS Netball Association.
Organiser Rebecca Houlihan said money raised through sausage sales will buy netball bibs, balls, trophies and subsidise clinics for coaches and umpires.
Her daughter Xanthe Huxtable is one of the 93 netball players who make up the school's 11 teams.

Ms Houlihan urged voters to "come and buy up big" to support the association's major fundraiser for the year.
A number of other schools, churches and community groups in Orange will host fundraisers on Saturday with sausage sizzles confirmed at Bletchington Public School, Borenore Public School, Canobolas Public School, Mullion Creek Public School, Nashdale Public School and Orange High School.
Voters are advised to take a pocket full of change while making change as Anson Street School will also run a plant and cake stall.
