While the NSW Electoral Commissions has refused to give out exact numbers for each electorate volunteers handing out how-to-vote cards to early voters say there has been a strong rollout in the two weeks of pre-polling.
Orange electorate manager Ross Baker said the busiest days would be the last two before the polling day.
"It is busy. It generally picks up on the Thursday and Friday. It is a reasonably steady flow," he said.
NSW Electoral Commissioner John Schmidt said on Thursday 845,779 had pre-polled across NSW.
"This includes 670,998 people who have voted in person at 194 early voting centres around the state," he said.
That's already more than the 641,910 people who pre-polled at the last state election in 2015.
A further 144,259 have used the iVote internet and telephone voting services.
