The car show and swap meet coming to the showgrounds on Sunday will not just be for rev heads, according to organiser George Georgiou. When the 14th annual Southern Cross Street Cruisers car show and the 13th annual Swap Meet comes to town, men, women and kids will find something to keep them happy, Mr Georgiou said. STORY: P

For the vehicle lovers there'll be the chance to vote on one of the 100 cars on display, with 28 trophies to be awarded during a presentation at 1:30pm.

For children there'll be jumping castles, a slippery dip, face painting, fairy floss and popcorn.
Mr Georgiou said it'll be a great chance for hunters and collectors to sift through all kinds of stock stall holder have bought in, including car parts, plants, furniture, toys and clothes.
"You name it, they'll bring it," he said.
A live rockabilly band will keep the crowds entertained, with food and drink available for purchase.
Mr Georgiou said it is a family orientated swap meet and charity car show with no alcohol on the grounds.
He said this is in line with the Southern Cross Street Cruisers club mentality, which welcomes new members.
"We're a pretty laid back social club," he said. "We're out for a good time, not a bad time."
Mr Georgiou said it will be a perfect time for anyone interested in joining the club as there is a meeting next week.
He said go and see the club at their marque on Sunday for a chat.
Gates will open to the public at 9am with a $2 entry fee.
People wanting to display their car or bike should arrive between 6am-9am and will pay a $15 entry fee.
The gates will open for swappers at 5am.
Mr Georgiou said free overnight camping was available at the showgrounds from Saturday afternoon.
The swap meet will raise money for Beyond Blue, Orange Lions Club, Street Swags and the Daffodil Cottage.
