The 80-year-old Mona Vale man was a passenger in the Mazda 3 which fell some six metres onto the sand on Wednesday afternoon.
NSW Police on Tuesday confirmed the man died in Royal North Shore Hospital on Sunday.
The 86-year-old female driver from Maroubra died on Saturday.
