Build around the locals and bring through the juniors.
That's the goal for Blayney's senior coaches in 2019 after the club has endured a tough couple of seasons in the cellar of Group 10 of late, winning - if it's something even worth winning - consecutive wooden spoons in 2017 and 2018.
Two wins across two years in both premier league and first division means, it's a tough job for both Bens but the pair is determined to get some results on the board this winter.
"My goal is to win every game ... but we've still got to rebuild at the same time. We've got a good, young team," McKenna said.
"We're going to be positive and have a good year."
Next week’s episode will feature the Cowra Magpies.
