Nine names will appear on the lower house ballot paper, nine candidates seeking to be chosen to represent the people of the region in the next NSW Parliament.
In order to best inform the city's voters and this masthead's readers, the Central Western Daily invited all candidates to complete personal profiles, record video pitches, and provide comprehensive answers to a series of questions about the issues that matter most to Orange's citizens.
Where do they stand on the proposed mountain bike centre on Mount Canobolas? Would they fight for the next state government to assume financial responsibility for the ongoing repairs to the Northern Distributor Road? Will they commit to expanded transport or palliative care services for the city?
