This Friday, the Shiralee Road winery will host the first of its ongoing pizza nights for the year.
Pizza chef Rob Cole said dinner will be a sit-down affair of classical Neapolitan wood fired pizza, salad and dessert - with ingredients changing seasonally.
He said the kitchen's aim is to stay true to Italian tradition and use fresh ingredients from their paddock or garden or from local producers.
"We are pretty obsessed with Italian food out here. We like to think we have the best pizza in the Central West but we'll leave that to you to decide," Mr Cole said.
On either the first or second Friday of the month - depending on prior bookings - the winery will invite guests in for dinner, with their full selection of wines, local beers and ciders available for purchase.
This week's dessert will be a panna cotta.
