Central West Police District officers have been called to the toilet blocks in the Eugowra Memorial Park on four separate occasions following reports of malicious damage attacks.
"An unknown offender has used an object to block up the toilet system which has caused the toilets to overflow and stop working," Chief Inspector Dave Harvey said.
According to police, a person or persons has defecated in plastic cups and forced them into the toilet bowls.
The matter is still under investigation and police would be keen to speak to any offenders.

"By also forcing all the toilet paper down the toilet, the perpetrator/s have caused sewage blockages and an amount of damage," police said.
"We were called by a council employee and the blockages have been cleared."
Chief Inspector Harvey said the string of attacks occurred during a five-day period: between 9am on February 26 to 7.30am on Wednesday; 8.45am on Thursday to Friday; 9am on Friday to 7.45am on Saturday; and 10am on Saturday to 7.30am on Sunday.
While police will soon be speaking to a person who may be able to help with their investigation, Chief Inspector Harvey has called on anyone with information to come forward.
"The matter is still under investigation and police would be keen to speak to any offenders," he said.
