The format will follow the lines of Friday night's forum which was run by the Orange City Council.
The Orange Social Justice Group, the Orange Rail Action Group and the Environmentally Concerned Citizens of Orange will run the next event.
The OSJG has received acceptances from six of the eight candidates for the forum which will run from 7pm-10pm at the CWA Hall in Robertson Park.
There was a couple of incidents of grandstanding by some of the members of the crowd.

Spokeswoman Bev Holland said the remaining two, Maurice Davey and Stephen Bisgrove, who have just nominated, would also be invited.
At Friday's event candidates each spoke for two minutes before taking questions from the large crowd.
The next event will see candidates given five minutes each to speak before the questions.
And then candidates will have the opportunity to sum up.
The OSJG has previously run similar forums before state and federal elections in Orange.
A further forum will also take places in Forbes on Tuesday March 12.
Candidates backed the format of Friday night's event which saw a large crowd pack the council chambers for the event chaired by Orange Aboriginal Medical Services CEO Jamie Newman.
Greens candidate and Orange City councillor Stephen Nugent said the format had worked well.

"It was well-chaired by Jamie Newman. He kept people close to time with their initial comments and their responses to the questions."
Cr Nugent said council staff had run the event efficiently and the rest of the community had benefited from the event being live streamed by both the Central Western Daily and council.
He said the crowd had been co-operative.
"There was a couple of incidents of grandstanding by some of the members of the crowd," he said.
Nationals candidate Kate Hazelton said the forum had worked well and she looked forward to the next events.
"I was pretty positive," she said.
"There was a good cross-section of people [in the audience] which is good.
"It was very well run by the council. Jamie [Newman] is a good MC. I am more than willing to come along to other forums," she said.
