Karlie Selwood 23, of both Garema Road and Alamein Walk, Bathurst, was taken to Orange hospital where she was cleared by the mental health team and during a search police found a pink-handled tactical knife with a 12-centimetre blade.
Selwood appeared in Orange Local Court where magistrate David Day gave her two concurrent 12-month intensive correction orders for assaulting and intimidating police.
"Unfortunately for Miss Selwood she had the capacity to do it because she had a blade in her car," Mr Day said.
Selwood was also disqualified from driving for six months and was given a six-month conditional release order for driving while disqualified on August 18.
She was caught after she drove a licensed driver, in their own car, to Orange Police Station where she was approached by police.
She was also given and identical sentence for driving while disqualified on August 6.
