A post on the restaurant's Facebook page told customers with gift vouchers to contact the restaurant "immediately" for advice on their options.
The restaurant was contacted by the Central Western Daily, but a spokesperson declined to comment.
The Central Western Daily understands weddings scheduled at the venue for later in the year have been moved.
The venue will still cater for the fundraising function Opening the Conversation with Swanee and Luke McLean, a Q&A and barbecue about mental health and addiction on Sunday.
The closure came after its wine supplier, Fernbrew Pty Ltd, entered administration in January.
Hall Chadwick partners Richard Albarran, Brent Kijurina and David Ingram were appointed on January 30 after Rex D’Aquino opted to put the company into voluntary administration amid an $87 million tax debt.
