Mrs Anlezark has dropped 13 kilograms since she set out on her first Parkrun with mum Rhonda Jones two years ago and said encouraging the rest of the family to join them has changed all their lifestyles for the better.
"Two years ago there's no way you would think we'd be going running every week," she said.
"The kids have always been very active but now we all go for walks together and spend more time outdoors."
Between them the children have all the shorter Orange Running Festival events covered, with Claire Anlezark to tackle the two kilometre Junior Dash on Saturday as well as the five kilometre event on Sunday with cousin Harry Jones and Jai Anlezark to take on the 10 kilometre event on Sunday.
Clocking up around 45 kilometres on her Strava running app each week, Mrs Anlezark said she's excited for Sunday.
"Two years ago I couldn't run five kilometres without stopping," she said. "I'm pretty proud.
When the gun is fired at 6:45am on Sunday to mark the start of the 21 kilometre event, the Anlezark and Jones trio will line up for their longest run ever alongside one of the biggest crowds the event has attracted.
Days out from the event, Orange Runners Club President Anthony Daintith said the overall number of participants was up around 25 per cent on the same time last year, with the half and full marathons seeing the biggest increase.
"We're tracking ahead of last year's 1700 participant's," Mr Daintith said.
All events will start and finish at the Leisure Centre, Bloomfield Campus on Forest Road, with road closures affecting Spring Hill Road, Cowriga Road, Spring Terrace Road, Forest Road, Buttle Road, Bargwanna Road and Bloomfield Road from 5am-1pm on Sunday.
Motorists will be detoured via Cadia and Huntley Roads and locals will be escorted to their properties.
Anyone travelling to the airport on Sunday is advised to expect delays.
