Hamilton was unstoppable and once again proved why she's considered among Australia's premier back-rowers in running for 104 metres and crossing either side of half-time but as her a whole her side's performance was patchy, especially considering they dominated possession and field position.
Hamilton said she and her troops were well-aware they have a lot they can improve on after scoring three of their four tries in the opening half, and failing to truly exploit the one-player advantage they had for 10 minutes of the second after Brumbies' flanker Georgia O'Neill was shown yellow.

"We had trouble today stringing phases together," Hamilton told rugby.com.au after the win.
"Although we had no score against us, we've got work to do. We executed some things well but I think there is improvement in us."
Hamilton also heaped praise on her teammates' work that led to her tries, preferring to give them the credit than take any herself.
(The tries) came off the back of a few of the girls. I was just lucky to get over the line," she said.
Waratahs skipper Ash Hewson echoed Hamilton's comments, although did mention she thought her side had done reasonably well considering it was their first hit-out of the season proper and they had 10 players making their first appearances.
""I'm really proud of them … we had a couple of girls on debut who have a lot of experience so to call them debutants might be a bit far-fetched but they stepped up," she told rugby.com.au.
[My tries] came off the back of a few of the girls. I was just lucky to get over the line.

"We didn't execute a few things that we would've like to especially given all the possession we had but we'll go back and work on that and come back bigger and better."

Although she missed out on the Brumbies' final 23 for the clash Orange Emus' Em McDonald was on hand to soak up the atmosphere, with ACT coach Adam Butt said his side's effort wasn't quite up to scratch.
Although, it was an improvement on their 70-7 hammering at the hands of the Waratahs in a trial at Bowral not long ago.
"I thought our execution was poor but our effort was good, if we can take 50 per cent execution and that effort then we’re fine," Butt said.
"We probably only had the ball for 10 minutes in the game and when we had it we didn’t use it well.
"Towards the back of first half, we had the upper hand then at times in the second half again. It’s just about turning that pressure into points but unfortunately, we weren't able to do it. Definitely, our ball handling and decision making needs to improve."
