With an indoor pool, waterfall, eight-person spa, a tennis court and spacious outdoor entertaining areas the property on the eastern outskirts of town has a lot to offer.
However, the price tag of $2.5 million will keep most of us dreaming.
One Agency real estate agent Joe Gander said it was a unique property in the area.
"I don't know there's anything like this in Orange. It's got everything," he said.
He said a waterfall flowed into the indoor heated pool which was next to the main and a second spa.
The property near the Mitchell Highway is owned by Brian Turner who had the property built in the late 1980s.
It is the first time the property is up for sale.
Mr Gander said Mr Turner also had the nearby Turner's Vineyard and Function Centre up for sale for $10.5 million.
He said there had been a lot of interest in both properties with companies looking at the commercial complex and professional people looking at the house.
It sits on 12 hectares of grazing land and has extensive gardens.
"It's mainly professional people from Sydney. You would need to have money to maintain the gardens," he said.

Mr Gander said the house had five bedrooms, all with their own ensuites and a four-car garage.
The property also has its own water supply with 60,000 gallons of rainwater storage plus its own bore.
He said the price was appropriate for the entire property.
"The house would cost $1 million to build today," he said.
"It's a very solid home, there's not a crack in it."
The 100 square property's interior includes a separate parent's retreat in its own wing and a lounge, family, sitting and games room.
The kitchen is central with access to the formal dining, living and enclosed courtyard.
If the property sells for $2.5 million it would place it among the highest selling properties in the Orange region of 2018, according to Domain.
Rosebank at Spring Terrace sold for $4.9 million on October 16 and included additional dwellings on 162 hectares and a 61-hectare property at 616 Mitchell Highway sold for $3 million.
However, most of the rest of the top 10 sellers of 2018 sold for less than $2.5 million.
