Teams will enjoy a night of laughs, fun and bingo with the larger-than-life character, who is based in Newcastle but holds similar events in regional centres.

Timberlina – Tim, in his everyday life – is no stranger to hosting the events, and her style will be part of the trivia night as well.

“It’s run by a drag queen so my questions are not general trivia questions, they’re not general knowledge. They’re a little bit naughty you would say,” Tim said.

“I sometimes take my show out as far as Parkes and I get a lot of couples come and they’re usually farmers, and the farmer does not know what they’re expecting and by the end of the night, they’ve left saying ‘I haven’t laughed that hard in so many years.

“I think that’s one of the main reasons why I do what I do and go out west and that is to make people laugh.”

Tickets for the Orange night are $30 for club members, with the cost inclusive of an antipasto platter.
