Shannon Marie Press, 30, of Currong Crescent, was stopped the first time when she was driving a silver Honda Odyssey van south on Currong Crescent about 7pm on October 8.
A police check revealed her driver’s licence was disqualified from September 26, 2018, to December 26, 2018.
Press was caught driving while disqualified a second time on October 13 when she was stopped at a stationary road-side breath testing site police had set up on the Mitchell Highway at Lucknow after her vehicle triggered the number-plate recognition alert.
For each offence, magistrate David Day gave Press a 12-month conditional release order, similar to a good-behaviour bond, and her driver’s licence was disqualified for six months.
