The pool was shut down at about 1.30pm on Tuesday with people removed from the pool due to “contamination”.
The centre released a Facebook post just after the pool was shut reminding parents to take care.
“The toddlers pool is out of action due to a contamination,” the post said.
“Please remember to keep your little ones out of the water for 20 minutes after they eat and take regular toilet breaks.”
It’s the fifth time one or more pools in the Aquatic Centre has been hit by closures this year, with three contamination issues, one lightning strike and another during a diving accident.
The other pools remain open.
Council confirmed the pool faced one of its busiest weeks last week, with 8000 people coming through the doors as the mercury approached 40 degrees between January 18 and January 20.
