Adam Doolan, 21, of Autumn Street, did not appear in Orange Local Court on Monday where he was sentenced with behaving in an offensive manner in a public place.
According to police, Doolan threatened officers and tried to initiate fights with them at 2am in Peisley Street, saying “I’ll kick ya teeth off ya f***ing face,” and to go to his house where “I got a weapon, I’ll sort you out,” before he was arrested.
However, police first came across Doolan close to 11pm on December 15 when licencing police attended a hotel in Summer Street for a business inspection.
During the inspection, police interacted with Doolan and his friends.

Police said he appeared intoxicated and his behaviour, coordination and balance were all noticeably affected.
Although he was described as being argumentative and belligerent, he followed police instructions to leave the pub.
Close to 2am, the police attended another hotel in Summer Street where they saw Doolan in the hotel’s beer garden.
After being spoken to by police he again began to leave but on the way out because extremely belligerent again.
Once outside he was quoted as saying, “come on, what? You’ve kicked me out for f***ing nothing”.
When he was told to move across the road, Doolan stood in the Summer and Peisley street intersection, and after being told to get off the road, he said he’d kick a police officer’s teeth in.
He then and tried to encourage the police to get into a physical fight with him and made other threats.
He was again told to leave but continued with his behaviour so he was arrested and taken to Orange Police Station.
Although he did not want to be interviewed, he asked police, “how would you feel if you were followed around and kicked out of every pub?”
In Doolan’s absence magistrate David Day fined him $330 after taking into account his penalties for previous offences.
Mr Day said the maximum penalty for the offence was $660.
