Having left Orange in 2010, Miss Punch has recently taken part in Fit for Fashion, a reality television show filmed in Indonesia, which is currently airing on Netflix.
For 10 weeks, the performer joined 14 contestants from around the world in a competition to increase their mental and physical strength.

In addition to gruelling workouts of up to two hours, the participants were expected to take part in fashion shoots and fitness challengers, while keeping up with the demands of filming.
At the end of each week, a team of judges would decide which two participants had performed the worst. There task was then to convince judges why they should stay.
Miss Punch said unlike The Biggest Loser the aim was not to lose a massive amount of weight.
“It’s a journey of transformation from the inside out, teaching you to overcome fears and self doubt and push yourself to the next level,” she said.
“Going into the show I had quite low self esteem. By taking part in the challenges I grew as a person and gained some self love.”

Behind the scenes, Miss Punch said there was a predicted level of drama from some of the contestants.
“A few people were there just for the drama and kind of wanted to be that TV villain. I knew that would be the case and just focused on having a positive attitude,” she said.
While Miss Punch said she won’t spoil the season for anyone watching by giving too much away about the winner, she said she was happy with the outcome.
“I got a lot fitter. As soon as I finished I signed up for Tough Mudder and Spartan events and I’m training for my first triathlon in April,” she said.
“If I could do the show again – as stressful as it was – I one hundred per cent would. It was an incredible experience.”
Miss Punch is currently in rehearsal for Elmo’s TV Time, a live show at Universal Studios in Singapore.
