Orange based music teachers Matthew Gately and Elizabeth Sargeant have already registered for the NSW government initiative, as has the United Dance Project.
The owner of the Summer Street studio Leesa Chaseling said it creates an opportunity for children to participate in classes they may not have previously been able to financially.
The incentive is similar to last year's offering which provided a $100 rebate for children's sporting activities.
The voucher is available per school-aged child, on top of the Active Kids rebate, meaning a family with four children could potentially save $800 on activities.
The Creative Kids rebate, worth $216 million over the next four years, would help children learn and experience new activities, NSW Treasurer Dominic Perrottet said.
