The unattended caravan had been parked near the intersection with Bletchington street next to a vacant block.
Firefighters from Fire and Rescue NSW were called to the blaze at 4.29am and using two hoses they quickly extinguished the fire, inside and outside of the caravan.
The fire was extinguished by 5.22am, however the caravan was destroyed.
The eight-metre caravan had been parked under a tree, which was not engulfed in the blaze.
The fire comes after a string of car fires in the city throughout 2018.
On Friday, a car was found alight in Clifton Grove at 4.30am sparking fears of bushfires.
The car was the eighth burned-out vehicle in Orange in December.
MAP: The caravan was parked opposite Avis Car and Truck Rental when it burned ...
It was found at 4.30am on Banjo Paterson way, with police and NSW Rural Fire Service volunteers called to the scene.
Three of the cars set alight in December were in potentially fire-dangerous positions, with one at Four Mile Creek and another on Burrendong way near Mullion Creek within 48 hours between December 15-17.
They were two of four cars set alight that weekend.
