SANTA Claus definitely won’t be dashing through the snow in Orange and across the Central West on Christmas Day, with temperatures predicted to soar.

According to www.weatherzone.com.au’s seven-day forecast, the temperature will hit 27 degrees on Tuesday, with a minimum of 11 degrees.
It’s unlikely there will be any rain, with just a 5 per cent chance of less than one millimetre.
If the forecast is to be believed Young will be the hottest town in the region, with a top of 35 degrees expected.
Also predicted to be hot is Dubbo, Forbes, Grenfell, Nyngan and Wellington which are all tipped to reach a top of 34 degrees.
Also on the warmer side on Christmas Day will be Cowra and Parkes (33 degrees), Mudgee (32 degrees), Bathurst (31 degrees) and Oberon (30 degrees).
